  1. Hi,

I am interested in how we can bulk create service requests using a CSV file and have found this wiki article here https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php/Service_Manager_Request_Import_Utility.

However, I've got halfway through creating a test file and realised there is no reference to questions. I want to bulk create requests that are normally entered one by one via a progressive capture form.

Is this possible? If so, how? Do I effectively need to call the API manually and parse a CSV myself?

Or is it perhaps easier to map the CSV to custom fields in the request and then the BPM inserts the answers to the questions?

  2. Hi,

We have implemented an Intelligent Capture form that uses a Date Picker field, which is showing up as US style date.

Despite the fact that I have UK format selected in my Windows settings and Chrome being set to UK language, it is showing as MM/DD/YYYY.

Is there any way to set this correctly in the form?

    Field info below.

  3. I have a Progressive Capture form which allows a value to be chosen via a Data Query to basic users. I believe this is querying the h_sys_accounts table, where I expect the Name from the form as it is displayed e.g.

    See form field setting below.

I have setup the Business Process to get this value and add a connection to the request automatically, however, this is failing on adding Connection as a Contact (from variable). It seems to be trying to get h_firstname, but since I have selected "field_11" I would have thought this should be grabbing the Display Name or h_name. Can you help?
