  1. Hi, Not sure if this is possible. I am looking for a way to create an autotask that i can use as a custom button to assign to the person who presses it? I can't seem to find a way to get current user details to action this on the autotask business process if anyone has any ideas?
  2. Not sure if this was considered as part of the change. We would like a solution for hiding/deleting the standard Hornbill email templates. We have our own email templates put in and don't need/use any of the standard Hornbill ones. The option to remove would be immensely helpful so that people aren't able to select the wrong one by accident etc..
  3. @VictorDo you have a suggested workaround? Would it be just as easy to disable resolution text sending automatically and just use the email functionality? I think this should be a suggestion for a change request/enhancement. If the feature to auto send resolution text is enabled in business processes but I don't want to, i should be able to select visability as team and this does not send a resolution email out to the customer.
  4. Hi, Looking for a bit of guidance on if it is possible to only send out the resolution text IF the visibility is set to customer? So if the visibility is set to Team then it would not send out the resolution text. I think this is enforced in the Business Process but I cannot see any option to send on basis of visibility. Thanks!
  5. HI, Slightly similar request I believe, with Custom Buttons it would be good to be able to add HTML mailto as a link. e.g. you could click Custom Button A and it would open the email client (Outlook for example) with the To address already filled in. This would look like mailto:TEST@TESTMAIL.com?subject=This is a test Is this possible to be added please?
  6. @Steven BoardmanThank you so much for you help!
  7. Hi, Is it possible to include attributes under the customer information? Thanks, Will
  8. Hi @James Ainsworth Had a look later in the week and managed to find the setting. A setting called ui.app.com.hornbill.servicemanager.operation.popup.values is driving this and dictates who you can select visibility for. The name of this setting wasn't overly clear which made it a nightmare to find. Thanks for coming back to me
  9. Hi, I cannot seem to change/update the visability of any updates/emails on any service requests. It is always greyed out or only shows Team as an option. We did used to be able to change this to Customer or Team but cannot seem to find the setting to enable this again. Any help would be much appreciated! Will
  10. @VictorHi, Yes I have set one full path up to test this and have out it in both request and closure category. Would it matter if the keys/codes don't match on both categories or is the wording being the same enough? I have tried cloning the code and it doesnt allow this if the code had been autogenerated on one as it states "The specified code includes characters that are not allowed for this code set"
  11. Hi, Is it possible to set up in the business process for the closure category to be auto set from the request category? I have tried adding this in as a Hornbill Automation > Requests > Update Request > Closure Category and then using a vairable of &[global["flowcoderefs"]["getReqInformation"]["loggingCategory"]] in Category and Category (From Variable) but this never seems to work. Could anyone let me know if they have successfully been able to do this or if it is not possible
  12. Hi All, Thanks for the responses. I did mean the Log in to Hornbill logo on the main login page. Would be nice to be able replace the HB logo but i can understand why this is not possible. Thanks, Will
  13. HI, When our employee portal page first loads, it greets me with Good Morning/Afternoon, Will but then instantly changes to the Name we have set up in Page Manager. We would like to incorporate the users name into the page text (displayed just underneath the banner) but i cannot see where this setting has originated from. Can anyone point me in the direction of this? I have attached a gif of this happening below! Thanks in advance, Will
  14. Hi, Does anyone know if it is possible to change the Hornbill logo on the login page? Thanks, Will
