  1. Hi, I created guest user called HR, adding email address but not able to select what organisation they fall under, theres no option for me to do this since new changes on Hornbill. Anyone can guide on this be grateful. I want to add the HR option to HR External organisation just like others.
  2. Hi, when a form gets filled and ticket gets created, can there be an email which has all the details from the form that could be sent in an email copy to someone specific? Is this possible to implement and if so, how would I be able to implement this? Would appreciate if someone can put in easy understanding the steps required. Would appreciate your help Thanks

Hi I got the tables below which i want to create on a form in this format/structure: On Hornbill employee portal i only know how to make it look like the below through using dynamic checkbox group, is there a better way to make it look like what's shown above? I would appreciate if someone could walk me through small steps how to make this, would appreciate your help. Thanks Sandip

  6. Hi all, I got a form where once the approver adds his comments as shown below: They dont appear in the final email, how do i make them show? The comment you can see there above "Rejected. As more details are required" i want this to be shown here below: How can i do this? Would appreciate your help. Even if someone can direct me be grateful. Kind regards Sandip
  7. Hi all, I have a created authorised detailed form which does not display all the information. As you can see above after the Type of Access, the end user gets another question asked - as you can see below, say they choose Temporary and they then get the What date should access be removed appear - this however is not showing up on the front end of the form the user is seeing The user see's this below instead with the date missing, how do i or where can i get information from to input it so i can get the removal date shown? I would appreciate your help on this, i wasn't sure where to get the information from to find functions pcf...Would appreciate your help, let me know if you need any more screenshots. Hi Steve, Im still struggling on getting this to work, i checked the email template and tried to make changes e.g. .H_summary from .h_summary still having same issue with the summary not showing up with the actual summary instead of formula displayed. Is there anything in particular you want me to check and get back to you on? Appreciate your help. Sandip

Hi Steve, Thanks for getting back on this, i had a request from our customer if there was a way to save emails i was also not sure of this wanted to ask everyone on here. is there a way to create sub-folders under the inbox, if so, how? I can atleast get our customers to store those specific/particular emails under sub folder for now think that would be handy. Kind regards Sandip
  12. Hi, We have created forms on the employee portal and once customer ticket gets created they are able to get options like "Resolve" and "Cancel" which i dont want customers to see at all!! Is there a way for me to hide or delete from the template? Where should i go to remove? We basically dont want our end customers to click on resolve or cancel requests it should be on me to do them as a operator. Would appreciate your help on this, Thanks Sandip

  14. Hi Steve, Thanks for the link i read through this it doesn't say anything about how to not show these options for end users. The feature is toggled off also: Yeah i wasn't sure on this on how to get an option to hide/not show those options for end users. Kind regards Sandip
  15. Hi guys, I have a form on employee portal, once the customer submits a ticket they get to see resolve and cancel options which dont do much, i want to take it off or hide it is there a way? It would be good to know, Many thanks Sandip

Hi Steve, We usually get Carenotes user form with multiple usernames on them which we then ask what access they specifically need, its better than having carenotes access user form for just 1x person if i make it live on the employee portal so im trying to see if there are any other options available.

  19. Hi guys i got list of folders for people to select on this form but what i want to do is... Have 2 options at the start asking if the user needs particular folder access or specific report? When they select particular folders they then get this list visible shown below. If they select Specific report option they then wont be able to select from the list it will be greyed out for them and they get directed to the single field below before they can finish the form.   20. Hi guys, I have a case where when a user selects the "other" option from the form i want to then be able to gather another single text field for them to put in the name etc. How can i do this? Below is the screenshot of what it currently looks like: If they click on Other i want another option below for them to put in the name etc. Dont know how to do this would appreciate your help. I want to create guest user accounts just on Hornbill so when we create tickets out from emails we get externally be great for their names to be populated when looking for their name out hornbill. I forgot how to do this and would appreciate if someone can provide for me simplified guide on how to do so. as you can see below its greyed out.

Thank you for getting back i think i would create group called Line managers and obtain list where some are just basic not all be users, then i can add them on that group for me to then be able to make them use that service i put on the employee portal. at the moment i can see teams like service desk show up on here: i want to make a team called line managers but not sure where to start. We have a hierarchical system in place and if i go to organisational structure - service desk - not able to find much there: e.g. group of users as well as team - service desk. We got 4 organisations which fall under 1 Team, and within an organisation we then have child - called Tech and Transform - under that we got dept called service desk. Im abit stuck haha
  24. hi all, i got new service which is shown in the employee portal, i want to create a team called line managers and then assign members so that when i open the configuration for that specific service - i would want to select who can use this service e.g. target line managers. How can this be done? Can someone give me a simplified answer please would be very grateful. I would like to know how to make this work. I had added screenshots of what i currently got which the hornbill specialist helped me create.
