  4. Hi, I think this has been raised before but could not find the topic I'm afraid. Our customers are asking if they could have a 'Last Updated' column in the Customer Portal to make it easier to manage their open requests with us. Would this be possible please? Thanks, Andrew
  5. Hi @Steven Boardman Sorry to jump in but it is related! I notice that the portal search tool only searches requests owned by the user doing the searching, rather than all requests for the organisation. Is this intentional? It seems to be causing some confusion for our customers. Thanks.
  6. Is there any way to publish a doc manager library to a specific customer rather than to the customer portal as a whole? We would like to auto-publish incident reports on a customer-by-customer basis (so obviously can't have all customers seeing each others reports). Thanks.
  7. Thanks Victor, I'll give the Team assignment a go first.
  8. If an internal user tries to complete an activity assigned to another user they are greeted with the message "The task is currently assigned to 'XXXX', no access allowed". This prevents other users fully taking over a request from the original assignee without 'breaking' the BPM (even if the request is then assigned to another user, the activity stays as being assigned to the original). Can anyone offer any advice on how to overcome this please? Thanks, Andrew
