  1. +1 for this feature We have a lot of field workers who don't have landline numbers. When viewing the customer drop down in a service request it doesn't give the option of showing a mobile number. This would be extremely useful for when a technician needs to contact the user if their landline and the mobile number could be displayed here.
  2. Chasing this again as it would save a lot of time to see both landline and mobile on the ticket for ease of contacting the user.

  4. We have just setup our instance and have loads of test tickets that we just want to delete. is there an easy way to select all and delete?

  6. Ticket is raised using custom questions in progressive capture (not the usual summary and description) Is there a way to edit a customers answers in the questions section once the ticket has been rasied?
