  1. HI I have create an assessment for Change Request Impact assessment with two questions. One of the question is the Service impacted so, this is my assessment: But on the ticket, there are more options for answers: How do I remove the < 1hr, 1-3 hr and 3hrs + options, as i don't need them.   2. @James Ainsworth I decided to assign the ticket as the last node on PC, so whoever logs it, can assign to themselves. This seem to be an easier solution for me.

  5. hi @Bob Dickinson I am trying to create a similar report/ widget. I am interested on meantime, between Major Incidents, within a service. So for a example, Service X had a Major Incident last week, Then had another today, i want to get the meantime in days, between these two MI. We Identify our MI with a word 'MAJOR INCIDENT ' in the ticket summary, and have different services . I have try to put h_summary like 'MAJOR INCIDENT' and I am getting 0 value. how can I filter it properly?, and get meantime in days? Thanks. Regards Joyce
  6. Thanks Bob. Is there a way, I can calculate, a percentage between two measures? Basically, I have a measure for' total resolved ticket per month', and another for 'count of tickets which have been re-assigned more than twice'. If I want a percentage of ' count of re-assigned ticket per month" over 'total resolved ticket', how can I do this? Thanks. Regards, Joyce

  8. yes, but creator has to belong to the team. The scenario I am after, is just be able to assign ticket to creator, regardless of which team they belong.
  9. Hi, I am trying to automatic assign a ticket to whoever created it. So I am using 'Assignment node'', then choose task as 'Assign to creator'. All the option below it are auto (pick Request ID, pick team, etc). When a ticket is created, it seems to fail at that node. What am I doing wrong:

  13. Hi, I would like to update the change calendar with our Schedule Maintenance schedule, so that we can view all changes, together with Maintenance work in one calendar. AT the moment, change calendar can only be update from Change Request tickets. How can I add the date s here: Thanks. Regards, Joyce
  14. service is Infrastructure (T1), PC is Firewall Change Request and the CI is Firewall Change Request. When raising a new change, selecting the service, and CI as above, I am getting the 'Generic Change Request Form' PC instead of the 'Firewall Change Request PC, which is the one set on the CI
  15. Hi @Lyonel I have done that, even open different browser (IE instead of Chrome) but still not getting the updated progressive capture. It seems to pick-up the Generic Progressive capture, and not the on set on the Catalog Item.
  16. Hi, I have been editing some of our progression capture, removing unnecessary forms or field. Once finish, i have activate the progressive capture, but, when I refresh the page, and go to raise a ticket, I still get the old Progressive capture. I have even try to log- off and close browser, and open browser and login again. This happen yesterday as well, and it worked after some time. Is there a time frame, fro editing to be able to use the progressive capture? Thanks. Regards, Joyce
