  1. The formatting on the password reset text needs some work. ( This when selecting forgotten password on the customer portal).

  2. Hi, is there a way of switching outbound email off from service manager?

    I want to get some test data onto the system but don't want an automatic email sent back to the customer whilst carrying out this exercise.
