  1. I would like to expand on this and ask for much for configuration on how the items are displayed on page, these dashboard items for me a visual indicators and even though the key is to show accurate info I think the visual appeal is important added value.

    Things like being able to edit font size style and colour on widgets reason being the font is so small on graph based widgets even on a 42" screen you cant see it clearly

  2. Actually not as logic driven . I just want an option to set bar chart colour. Like I say its more for the visual piece so that the look and feel is constant :) I know its a simple thing but people here like things on brand and if its not the right blue 'sacrilege'

    In the request list what do the different colors mean IE the yellow and such

    Also is there any way to add colors for 1. A call has been updated 2. A call is breaching?

  4. I would like the ability to assign a board to a group of people other than a team.

    Reason for this currently a boards can only be assigned to teams however only our management looks at this and I don't want them to be a selectable entity to assign tickets

    So some separation would be nice

    The connection setup is not the issue that will work however the info we got from MS is if the SSO is a custom app users require the Azure premium licence weather it be part of a grouped agreement or not to authenticate. It does not stop the connection however its like installing a MS product just because it works it dont mean you should use it :)

  6. We have just moved to Hornbill ourselves and unless I am missing something this feature does not exist. I think the severity is based around the priority set, however if you want a centralised ticket to link items to I would probably recommend using a problem workflow and assign tickets to that, you can still report on the job and all linked items.

  7. Hello what would the differences be between Incident and major Incidents? I don't think you can change the type you log against however you can create a specific SLA set or custom data sets in a incident ticket to indicate this as a Major Incident

    I would like Hornbill as a development piece to work with Microsoft setting up there single sign install to be placed in the Azure marketplace.

    The reasons for this as followed

    - Easy setup of single sign on for azure users

    - Decreased cost for companies - This is a big one for us as currently not all users have a licence that allows them Azure premium attached them, this is as we have different sites with different licence models. Azure premium is need for users to use single sign on with azure AD if the service is not in the marketplace. If you are in the market place this is not needed

    I understand the above is our issue in essence but I also feel that it would be a good move for Hornbill showing that they are flexible with a range of technologies

    Please could this request be taken under consideration ( I know this is not a 5mins fix :) )

  9. Charts in widgets, plus I we would want the option to be able to change all or individual.

    I appreciate that it means nothing however you could say that about the other colour changing you over on the charts, plus it is important in terms of a branding point of view using our company colours allows these visuals which are displayed in office spaces to look the part.

  10. We cant seem to find the option to define the bar charts colours? Is there one?

    If not can we have this ability you seem to be able to customise a lot around the way a graph looks but not this simple thing
