  1. Hi Abdi

Makes perfect sense just wanted to clarify

Juts going forward a status page under the config manager section giving the number of current payable CI would be good like you do with the licences in service manager

  2. Didn't know where to post

Please can we have a clear statement on potential costing around configuration manager, the app store states you early adopters can get up to 1000 CI free

    'Application Details

Hornbills Configuration Manager App has been published as a Beta App as we are looking to solicit feedback on what features and functionality you, our customers feel are required to take this to the next stage in its evolution.

Once the Hornbill Configuration Manager App is made available for subscription, the pricing plan for the App will be based on the number of CI's 'In Policy' with the first 250 free and any additional CI's charged at 15p per CI per month.* This is subject to potential changes.

As a contributor under the beta program, at the point we take the Hornbill Configuration Manager App out of Beta and introduce a subscriptions, you will be issued with a Hornbill Configuration Manager Beta Program Voucher. This voucher offers you a recurring monthly credit to the value of a further 750 In Policy CI's meaning that you get to manage 1000 CI's for free going forward before you have to add in any additional CI's at a cost. Thats just our way to thank you for the feedback and guidance you will provide in shaping the future of this amazing new Hornbill App.

However the wiki states there is no CI limit its just free for early adopters

Configuration Manager has been published as a Beta App as we are looking to solicit feedback on what features and functionality is required to take this to the next stage in its evolution. As such and under the Hornbill Priced for Life Guarantee this means that currently access to this App is free from subscriptions. This will remain the case for all early adopters at such time we do introduce subscriptions, that's just our way to thank you for the feedback and guidance you will provide in shaping the future of this new amazing Hornbill App

Final part is there a easy method to check how many CI's you are currently using like for example the licence count you do?

  3. Hello

Not sure which its called but I would like the feature to basically configure what is displayed on tasks you create in a tickets.

Or creating a specific task type for a process such as change or problem

Basic things like being able to hide buttons such a delete, the chargeable buttons and follow up. These may be handy in some case but for example in our workflow for change could stop the workflow in its tracks

    Thanks

    Gareth

  4. hi I was told by your support to raise this, Please can someone tell me what mechanism is used to do the time conversion from the Database end to the service manager front end.

This is so we can accurately report on items.

I understand the db is UTC but our front end is GMT

    Cheers

    Gareth

  5. We have a format where a certain job type is logged with a subject line however it seems like hornbill either thinks its an update and trys to append to a non existent job or just auto deletes them

Is there anyway or resolving this it has been tested, below are the subject lines of the jobs

  6. Hello

not sure if this is a bug, if I navigate away from a incomplete logged ticket a prompt comes up saying the data will be lost are you sure, which is great however if I click No the screen just stays on a loading screen and I lose the data anyways

  7. Hi,

We have a need to be able schedule changes in the calendar for past days/times which we don't seem to be able to do. We do get instances where some of our changes are retrospective meaning we don't go through the process till after the event.

We do require this as a change?

    regards

    Gareth

  8. Hello

    So this is the scenario

    I have a service with Team - 2nd Line & a user Gareth Wynne

If I remove Gareth Wynne it reverts back to everyone can see this service

However I thought the with the team being set only that team would be allowed to view this service but its not the case all users now can which I wouldn't expect to happen as that means its overriding the Team set permissions?

I am on the most update version of hornbill SM

  9. Bit of a strange one I added a team to the subscription and myself as a user for testing to a service. If I now remove myself it then sets it to everybody access even though I already have team assigned to it. I cant seem to delete that subscription so it mean unless I now add something in that field everyone now has access. Hope this makes sense
