  1. Hi Gerry/Gareth, Unfortunately it's not just Firefox specific, as it affects IE users as well. When it affected our IE11 users, one of those affected switched over to Firefox, and this error didn't recur. Tony

  3. When I try running the cleaner utility in Service Manager, I get the following windows version error, but I know this doesn't make sense because we run the 32bit version of Windows, and wondering if you can advise. Thanks.

  5. Some of our users have been getting the error "Could not connect to server "Error code: -1" when they try to log into Service Manager via IE11. I have advised them to clear cache, restarted browser, etc., but tis doesn't' seen to resolve the issue. One of the affected users is able to log into Firefox without any issues. Can you please advise?
  6. Can you please advise if there is a way to increase the file upload limit within Service Manager from 10mb? We currently have some change requests with some attachments over 10mb, which will be need t be uploaded onto the forum.

We have had major issues with the synchronisation of Service Manager & AD(LDAP) using and modifying the scripts provided by SM. 1) We configured the AD\LDAP script ok, but when we run it, we get the error message attached (see LDAP error) an I have also attached the configured script (conf.json). 2) We use AssetStudios to manage our assets, and apart from the original data(asset) we imported, we have been unable to update any info within Service Manager. (see script : conf_sccm_asetscomputer.json). When we run this script to update our current assets, runs without any errors, but does not make any changes to the data within ServiceManager,. Can you please help, or advise. Thanks Tony
  9. Please remind me how I remove a service from being displayed on the Service Portal... I have tried but not been successful. ( Please see attached, as I only want to make the IT Support service available to our users ) .
  10. My organisation depends on reports from the Customer Satisfaction surveys, as monthly reports from total user survey gets emailed to management. We would like a CS Survey sent to our service users after every closed ticket, and the feature is not available in Service Manager. Can you please advise when this feature or alternative will/can be made available before the switch-on ?
