  1. trying  to create a report , simple one just to  give me a list of a specific Task when and who completed it .

    Data is returned correct .

    It looks like the publishing section ignores whatever i put into the "Title to show..."   section and just puts the report name at the top.

    Also how can i change the  colums headings to something more  appropriate then field names.

    Just noticed : when i run the report the run date showing in the history  is  1 hour too fast ??

     

     

  2. ooops ,  issue was our fault ,  we missed the stop timer  steps in one of our BPMs ....  i think the  colour change  was just highlighting the issue.

    one question though, when the timers are stopped , the date it display in the information section  are the timer end dates rather than the date of the response or resolve , is that by design ?

  3. just upgraded to the latest version 823 .

    new  display of response and resolution timers.

    Tickets that have been re-opend now show the response times as red as they  seem to re calculate from the original response period.

    Why would that happen ? shouldn't the response time  still stay as being met , but the resolution timer be re-activated and ticking ?

    how can i even set the the response timer to stop , the BPM is in the closing phase ?

    we have some analysts that  getting errors when sendeing an email from the request view this morninig .

    a FlowCode Exception.

    if another analysts tries the same action on the same ticket , it works , all role assignements are the same ??

     

    any advise where to look ?

  6. we too would be very interested in being able to publish to Basic Users, i thought it was working  but  just found out today that they can't read our FAQ ( Ooops ... ) .

    We have PDF\Docx   guides and forms that we  want to offer to our Users .

  7. Hi,

    upgraded to latest version this morning,  i seem to have lost the ability to   change the availability for my full users  under admin  module , the drop down list is empty , still able to do it on idividual bases in the live portal.

    Tried IE , Chrome same result
