Markup for Link with name in Service bulletin

I am trying to create a service bulletin which contains a string of text which when clicked would take the user to a url linked with the text. 

 

Can someone advise the correct markup syntax

I have tried [link text] without success.

[[https://www.hornbill.com|this is my text]] Should get you going, it needs two brackets on each end and a pipe character to split the link and the display text
