I am aware of the snippets functionality and the team have found this extremely using when emailing updates to customers within a logged call.

Would this functionality be available from our shared mailbox at all?  I hope I have clarified myself correctly.

Hi Shamaila,

Great to hear that the Snippets are working well for you when sending emails from within a request.  At the moment this feature is limited to emails being sent from within a request.  There has been talk about providing Snippets in other areas and we do hope that in the future we will be able to expand on this.  There isn't anything scheduled at the moment, but we will let you know when we are a bit closer to introducing this.
