Also have to set up the Operational Hours correctly in the Associated Operation Calendar for the Live Chat Application? TrevorKillick Posted November 28, 2016 Share Posted November 28, 2016 Hi @Adam Haylock Apologies it turns out when i introduced Cancel Sessions i failed to correct the Active Session count to remove cancelled sessions.
