Guest Posted November 1, 2016 Share Posted November 1, 2016 Hi Guys Up until now I have been using the Internal service portal only, I now have a requirement to use the external portal. I have had a look at the 'manage portals' page in the admin utility however cannot figure out how to set it up. Any tips or guidance to get me started. Martyn Houghton Posted November 1, 2016 Share Posted November 1, 2016 @Adam Haylock URL format for the external customer portal is normally https://customer.hornbill.com/. I know we had issue initially as we had not added Service Manager Authorised Guest role to the customer account under Home> System> Manage Portals> Portal Accounts> customer.
