chriscorcoran
Hi Is there a data dictionary available, also does anyone know which table contacts customer contact firstname and lastname? Thanks Chris
Guest Chaz
Hi Chris, There's no concept of a data dictionary in Hornbill. Is there something specific you're after? You can find the first and last names in the table in the columns h_firstname and h_lastname in the table h_sys_contact
chriscorcoran
Thanks cchana, I added the columns but I'm getting weird results, not sure what I'm missing, see below. Chris
Guest
Hi Chris, Can I ask what specifically you would like this report to show? Is it time spent on tasks associated to incidents for specific contacts? Kind Regards, Bob
chriscorcoran
Hi Bob What I need to show is all calls logged for a specific service and the time spent on the call. I can get time spent from the update customer activity we have but it shows the same call about 50 times. Thanks Chris
Guest
Hi Chris, I'm asking internally to see of there is a way of doing this using the existing Reporting functionality. I'll have a look myself as well and let you know. Kind Regards, Bob
Guest
Hi Chris, What you are after is not currently possible in Reporting right now - but we are working on introducing Custom Column Selects which should give us the additional options to use the SUM operator on the results and give a total time per request. I will keep you up to date with the progress on this one. Kind Regards Bob
