bwood Posted March 15, 2016 Posted March 15, 2016 Good Morning I'm having issues logging colleagues into live.hornbill.com. We have SSO set up and this is working fine for the self service portal. However when trying to log into Hornbill Live we get "Error. Unable to validate user credentials." When I configured SSO I downloaded all three metadata files for Admin, Live and Self Service. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Ben
Hornbill Staff DR Posted March 15, 2016 Posted March 15, 2016 Hi Ben, thanks for your post. This sounds like a standard error message but I wouldn't normally expect it when a SSO Profile is enabled. I'd start by asking/performing some basics: Do you experience this with all Users? Does this happen on all machines? Does clearing your browser cache and cookies change the situation? Thanks, Dan
