Bulk Update: How to identify a field for updating.

Hi,

We have been testing the Bulk Update facility today but have not had an expected outcome when trying to update the Location Type Field.

(Class = Computer system, Div Class = General Properties - Physical Location Information)

We have tried the following field names: h_location_type, h_location_type_id, h_location and h_location_id and have also tried variations of numerical and text values.

Is there anyone who can confirm the field name for me and what values it expects?

That field is h_cmdb_assets.h_location_type and is a numeric field, please use the Entity Explorer under the Service Manager admin page to see the values under the Database Schema Viewer.
