Actions only unlock on refresh

Hi all,

Got the feeling Hornbill techs might be a little busy today, but a glitch we have noticed this morning is the "unlocking" of actions in the UI when an Analyst logs a ticket only unlock when the screen is refreshed. Before hand based on workflows and input the various actions we lock would unlock when a specific task was completed automatically in the UI without intervention. Now it seems an F5 is needed between actions. 

For instance, we lock resolve until a category has been picked. Once categorised the resolve action unlocks. If we pick a category from this morning we need to refresh the screen after.
