Dashboards not mirroring View Data

I have created a view of all unauthorised changes using "Request Type", "Status", "Authorisation Status".  I have set "Authorisation Status" to "Not Set".

The preview of the chart within the view is correct.

But in the Dashboards, the chart pulls through, without the "Authorisation Status" filter.
