  1. I have created a view of all unauthorised changes using "Request Type", "Status", "Authorisation Status". I have set "Authorisation Status" to "Not Set". The preview of the chart within the view is correct. But in the Dashboards, the chart pulls through, without the "Authorisation Status" filter.
  2. ok, so what about when a ticket is resolved - if its not resolved by the analyst/team it's assigned to?
  3. If an analyst belongs to multiple teams, how does Hornbill know which team the ticket was raised by? e.g. Joe Bloggs belongs to Service Desk and Networking Teams. Joe raises a ticket. Which team does the system think raised the ticket?
