Our (basic) users can mark a service as a favorite, (via a prominent icon on the service page in the portal), but appear to have no way of seeing or getting to these favorites afterwards. JJack Posted April 23 Author Share Posted April 23 Thanks @Steve Giller I've re-enabled a view of services on our home page and set it to favourites only, so I can now see my 'favourite' services at the bottom of our home page. I don't see a show/hide my favourite services button, perhaps because I've only allowed favourites to be shown. Are services the only things that basic users can make favourites? There's no corresponding button for catalog items, for example. Not sure how useful this will be to people.
