Peter Clough Posted April 18 Share Posted April 18 When categorising calls manually, it can often be time-consuming to find a category, especially when not sure exactly where it would fall in our profile tree, which currently contains at least 150 entries across all request types etc. Would it be possible to have a quick-search box on these selection panels for finding things faster? 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
