Sandip Bhogal Posted April 12 Share Posted April 12 Hi, it seems like I'm getting duplications on my SLA's for odd reason, not sure how this got enabled but is there a specific way i can edit and remove for instance P1 - Major and not remove P1 - IN - Major? Martyn Houghton Posted April 15 Share Posted April 15 @Sandip Bhogal Took me a while to remember where Priorities are not managed as they are separate to Service Level Agreements as such.
