Lee C Posted April 10 Share Posted April 10 Hi I have had a look through the online guides and i am struggling a bit I want to be able to find out how many times a certain catalog ID portal form has been raised in the last 3 months and also the average response time its taken to resolve them Can anyone point me in the right direction how i can set this up?
