Nikolaj Posted March 27, 2024 Posted March 27, 2024 Hello Support, We found out that with the New UI it is not possible anymore to choose when we click on reply Button on an Email in the Hornbill Mailbox to keep the text or Mail from the Customer inside in our answer email. Before we could select if we want to keep the text. Can we have this possibility also with the New UI? Thanks Nikolaj
