Hornbill AI data policies

Hello hornbills,

Ahead of the switch on, I've been asked to find out what security controls there are around the use of Hornbill AI and it's use of data. 
Is information being sent to third-party services? What safeguards are in place to secure our data? 

Any and all info appreciated.
