'Text to display' within Bulletins

Similarly to post about 'text to display' for snippets, is there any way to set this up within a bulletin entry?

A bulletin can be a clickable link if you enter one in the Employee Portal Link field. You cannot have multiple words in the text be different hyperlinks, however.

Thanks @Steve Giller, I did want to know if I could make a particular phrase be the link, and so have more than one. Having the whole entry be the link is okay for most things.

@Steve GillerIs it possible to make bulletins clickable in the customer portal? And, can the text color of title and description of bulletins somehow be changed?

No, as detailed in the Bulletin config, the link is an Employee Portal link.
