From what I can see, it looks like a fix for having change and service requests added to the page visit log has been completed. This will possibly not make the next Service Manager update which is due any time now. It is more likely to be in the following update in a couple of weeks. Jim Posted January 16 Author Share Posted January 16 Hi @James Ainsworth Bookmarks do not log visits to service requests and change requests {PM00180663} This was fixed today; unfortunately it is not actually fixed as it does not log to the h_sys_pagevisit_log table, If i click the new insights button on resolved requests it does log, but not from opening up the request itself Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
