How to assign Guest Account an Organisation?

Hi,

I created guest user called HR, adding email address but not able to select what organisation they fall under, theres no option for me to do this since new changes on Hornbill. Anyone can guide on this be grateful. I want to add the HR option to HR External organisation just like others.

And also how to delete guest account? I can only archive them
