Fizza Posted October 20, 2023 Posted October 20, 2023 Hi, In our orgnisation there's a few workflows that require a specific group of people to have access to the ticket, this being the same group every time and this list of users being updated semi regularly. Currently we have these nodes on the required workflows and have to manually update every workflow whenever this list changes. Is there anyway that I'm missing that we can add multiple users as a co worker on a ticket so that we only have to update one list (instead of multiple!) Thanks! Fin
James Ainsworth Posted October 20, 2023 Posted October 20, 2023 Hi Fizza, Thanks for your post. Can I ask when you say adding a co-worker to a ticket, are you adding them as a Connection or a Member?

The use case is to allow a select pool of (secretarial) people to access Requests that are raised by senior members of staff; so when the exec says, "please sort that out for me" they can read and interact with the request.
