Blanking a field in AD with ITOM

Hi,

I'm currently working on our leaver process, and ITOM has made account management very easy, but there is one thing I'm stuck on and that is to remove information from some field.

I would like to remove information from the Manager Field, but I'm not sure of the best command to use, I have tried to leave the field empty but it does nothing

I'd also like to know if its possible to blank a field using ITOM, just tried with the following error:
