Berto2002 Posted August 17, 2023 Share Posted August 17, 2023 I made a quick report to see a list of all of our services and there were 272 rows which is about double what we have. On review, I find each Service shows-up twice but the second row in each case only has a sub-set of the data; it's a kind of 'ghost' record. Have we got duplicates? Do I log this with Support? Example: At the back of my mind I seem to remember a report we had done only included records with "Default Service Language" as "is set" and I wondered why. All the 'true' rows (i.e. ones with the most data) have this set. Is this why? Is this by design? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Steve Giller Posted August 17, 2023 Share Posted August 17, 2023 One is the Template and the other is the Translated Service - as you're almost certainly just using en-GB you will have one "duplicate" but if you had Services translated into other languages there would be more. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
