How to create Guest users on Hornbill

I want to create guest user accounts just on Hornbill so when we create tickets out from emails we get externally be great for their names to be populated when looking for their name out hornbill. 

I forgot how to do this and would appreciate if someone can provide for me simplified guide on how to do so. 

as you can see below its greyed out.

A guest account can be created using the Customer Portal options under Platform Configuration.

or from the Contact View under Customer Manager.
