can't search workspaces

if I try to search a workspace I get this error

Operation[indexer::indexSearch] The query syntax is not correct. index [_activitystream] blocked by: [FORBIDDEN/4/index closed];

 

And if I try to filter inside a workspace it says no result found

Thanks for the post. If you try again this should no longer occur.  It seems that during this monrings update the index didnt reopen. We have manually done this and performed a reindex to ensure all data is correct.
