TazelleGregory Posted July 24, 2023 Posted July 24, 2023 We've got a new basic user that can't access the service portal. Has anyone had this error message in the log file? "The password policy on this system requires passwords to contain at least 1 numeric character(s)" We can see that the password was auto-generated by the system so I can't work out how to change it.
Steve Giller Posted July 24, 2023 Posted July 24, 2023 Password Policies are defined by the security.user.passwordPolicy.* group of settings. Details on User Accounts including changing the Password within the Admin UI are available on the wiki.
