The latest update of Service Manager (2907) has been released to live.

• Added a new search filter to Service Level Agreements View {CH00177394}
• Support for "Search co-workers by group" in custom IC forms {CH00177049}
• Ability to disable domain filtering on domain page for request list widget

Change

• Enhance the BPM operation Update Software assets - Additional properties by adding the property 'Version' {CH00170033}

Fix

• When changing the service connections for a service via the UI, new records are being created in the database. {PM00177672}
• Required closure category not always enforced when resolving requests {PM00177400}
• Data Processing Record and System asset classes unable to work with asset import utility
• Service Form - Request Configuration - On Customer Response and On Auto Off-hold values not showing selected values {PM00177303}
• Active requests show an invalid/incorrect date within the customer selection form when raising a request {PM00177259}
• SLM Escalation Email fails to send if a subject has not been set despite having an email template with a subject specified {PM00176857}
• Summary and description set in custom IC form are not used when raising a linked request {PM00177018}
• requests linked to an asset should not show as unlinked and they should not be able to link again to it
• Email notifications should be sent from the mailbox selected in the request's service {PM00177121}
