I have been asked to restrict the access to this but I think by definition of analysts having access to requests they get access to this feature? Jim Posted June 21, 2023 Author Share Posted June 21, 2023 I've also noticed the 'Export Request list' permissions doesn't really make a difference as it also seems to be a default permission, I have tested this by giving a user a copy role of Incident Management user and removed the export request list rights however I was still able to export requests, the only other role was 'basic user' and 'docmanager portal' Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Hi Jim, The personal dashboards are just a graphical representation of the different requests that the user has access to. There are no rights associated to this so you are unable to turn this off.
