I have set a condition in the IC to only show specific people the link itself, but its still visible to everyone in the Library. The Library contains other public documents, and if I take it out of the Library, they receive a message to request access. Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
TrevorHarris Posted June 20, 2023 Share Posted June 20, 2023 Hi, you can only directly share documents with full users, in order for basic users to be able to see them they must be in a library that that basic user has access too, although you can create a separate library and share it only with the basic user you specify in order to restrict the document just to those users Thanks Trevor Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
