Hi, 

I need to create a new user with the same email address as a user that left 3 years ago. How do I do this please? I get an email saying the old user is archived, but no option to delete the leaver's account?

If we're creating a Co-Worker then the Archived User can be found in the Admin Tool under the Platform Configuration section and the Users option. This defaults to Active Users, so you will need to change the dropdown.
