Known Issues available on home page

To get to the known issues section, users need to click on the service on the company homepage to get through to IT Support.  This means they never check out the problems we are already dealing with! (1 too many clicks for them, bless)

Would it be possible to make the Known Issues visible on the company home page for services where there are known issues?  This would really drive up engagement with the portal for us.
