Intelligent capture stopped working in portal

Hi

We have not made any changes and one of our catalog items no longer offers the option to select a site in the employee portal - it is just stuck on loading.  You can progress to the next stage by clicking next and the rest of the process is okay.

Is there a known issue with the portal at the moment?

Hi Amanda,

I've not seen any reports of this from other customers, but I'll keep an eye open.  I see that you have a Premier Support plan. You may want to raise a support ticket for this.

I'm assuming that it is still working for support staff if they raise the request from the Request List?
