Adding Resolution Profiles

I'm trying to add some Resolution Profiles, but I keep getting the error: The specified code exceeds the maximum number of levels allowed for the this code set.

However, the number of levels is set ABOVE the number of levels in this particular item (as you can see from the screenshot, where there is an extra level of profiles below the one where I'm getting the error (the Fax item).

(Before anyone says anything, I DO realise that Blackberries and Fax machines are old hat now, but I'm copying a load of OLD profiles from an old system to replicate their current processes, so it's not my fault.... )

Any ideas please?

What was the limit when those were created? How were the existing Profiles entered onto the system? Have you tried increasing the Maximum Levels?

Hi Steve

The other levels were created about a minute before the ones which failed.

However - I just had a conversation with our IT Support Desk who reminded me I should try turning it off and on again, and it's started working again now.
