enhancement Define connection types per Service

Good afternoon,

I'm posting off the back of this:

I would like to request the ability to show/hide Connection Types per Service and enable us to be able to choose which types are relevant. By default, for a new Service, no connection type should be selected. - This could be a toggleable setting.

If there are no active connection types for that Service, then the option to add Connection Type should be disabled against the request.
