Then scroll down to find the Advanced Analystics and Reporting sections. If you can't see these, it may be that you don't have the rights set up for your account. I believe that there are two places for creating and modifying API Keys. How this relates to reports, I'm not sure. It might be that there is an API that was being used which has now expired.
