Berto2002 Posted April 7, 2022 Posted April 7, 2022 If I attempt to open a User record through the new interface, it just gives me the hornbill wait animation perpetually. Anyone else with this before I report to Support? Opening Service Manager Users works fine but this is the Platform Users list. It still works on the old URL so that the moment I am faced with not being able to edit my users after the old UI is closed down on 28th April: https://admin.hornbill.com/xxx/accounts/users/
