Password Change option for Basic Users - can this be removed

Hi 

We are having issues with the fact that even through we use the SSO for our users this Change Password option is appearing. It is causing confusion with our basic users (Students and Staff) as they think this will change their BU password.  

Is there a way this option can be disabled please.

Yep any Change password options for Basic users.
