Image library page gadget?

We've been adding images to the image library successfully, but we've discovered that, if you have more than 30 images, then you can't always see the 'latest' added images in the 'gallery view' unless you first go to the list view and select page 2.

 

Could you either add a page gadget to the gallery view, or make it so that  it shows more than 30 images please?
