will.good
Hi, Is it possible to set up in the business process for the closure category to be auto set from the request category? I have tried adding this in as a Hornbill Automation > Requests > Update Request > Closure Category and then using a vairable of &[global["flowcoderefs"]["getReqInformation"]["loggingCategory"]] in Category and Category (From Variable) but this never seems to work. Could anyone let me know if they have successfully been able to do this or if it is not possible
Victor
@will.good are both configured as such in admin tool? Meaning if you have a request category as X, do you also have a closure category as X (full path included, if any)?
will.good
@VictorHi, Yes I have set one full path up to test this and have out it in both request and closure category. Would it matter if the keys/codes don't match on both categories or is the wording being the same enough? I have tried cloning the code and it doesnt allow this if the code had been autogenerated on one as it states "The specified code includes characters that are not allowed for this code set"

However... why? Why the closure category same as request category... I would have thought they categorise different things?
