Which permission / role do I need to assign so a colleague can create and update email templates located in 'Home > System > Email > Templates' I want them to look after the Service Manager email templates. Victor Posted October 22, 2021 Share Posted October 22, 2021 @Mark (ESC) afaik, is any role that has the following System Right: The Admin Role has it by default but that is usually too much to be assigned to a regular user. So maybe add this right to one of his (custom) roles? Or create a custom role with this specific right and assign this role to the user. EDIT: Please note this System Right also gives access to mailbox configuration and all email, basically the Email section in admin tool. We don't have anything granular specific to email templates...
